刘小洋,教授,博士/博士后,硕士生导师。西北工业大学博士,先后在重庆大学、美国The University of Alabama从事博士后研究工作,现为重庆理工大学计算机科学与工程学院教师。中国计算机学会CCF高级会员、IEEE与CAAI会员;《计算机应用研究》编委、《重庆理工大学学报》(自然科学版)青年编委。担任《IEEE/ACM Transactions on Networking》、《IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics》、《Computer Networks》、《计算机学报》等国内外重要期刊审稿专家。主持/主研国家自然科学基金、国家社会科学基金、国家统计局科技项目、教育部等国家级与省部级项目30余项。在《Expert Systems with Applications》、《IEEE Transactions on Computational Social Systems》、《Nonlinear Dynamics》、《Physica A》、《Applied Intelligence》、《中国科学: 信息科学》、《计算机学报》、《电子学报》等国内外重要期刊/会议发表学术论文100余篇(SCI等收录);获授权国家发明专利33项;出版国家级出版社学术著作4部。
